Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Package Your Gown
Carefully fold your dress and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
